Who I am

This website belongs to Anna Cluytens, Carrer Ramon Turro 91, 3-1, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, VAT number ESZ1143490G. I am responsible for the personal data that comes in through this website.

What data I collect and why

Forms. If you request a growth scan or join the Growth Lab waiting list, you fill in a form on Tally. I then receive your name, your email address, the name of your business or practice, your website and your answers about your marketing and ad budget. I use that to prepare our first conversation and to get in touch with you. I do this because you ask for it, before we enter into an agreement.

WhatsApp and email. If you send me a message, I see your name, your number or email address and what you write. I only use that to reply to you and schedule an intro call.

Clients. If we work together, I keep the data needed for our collaboration, invoicing and my accounting. I do this to carry out our agreement and because the law requires it.

Website visits. When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address and the time of your visit, to keep the site secure and working properly.

Who I share data with

I never sell your data. I do work with a few services that process data for me:

  • Tally for the forms.
  • Netlify for hosting this website.
  • Google Fonts for the font. For that, Google sees your IP address.
  • WhatsApp if you send me a message on WhatsApp.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Union. When they do, they use the safeguards that European privacy law requires.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies itself. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no other trackers.

When you open a form, you land on a Tally page. Tally may use its own cookies there that are needed for the form to work.

How long I keep data

  • Requests and messages that don't lead to working together: up to 2 years.
  • Client data: for as long as we work together and after that for as long as the law requires for accounting and invoicing.
  • Growth Lab waiting list sign-ups: until Growth Lab starts or until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how it's processed, take your data with you or object. Just send an email to anna@cluytens.com. I reply within 1 month.

If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). If you live in another country of the European Union, you can also contact the authority in that country. In Belgium that is the Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

If anything changes in how I handle data, I'll update this page. At the top you can see when that last happened.
