What these terms cover

These terms apply to every quote and every collaboration with Anna Cluytens, Carrer Ramon Turro 91, 3-1, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, VAT number ESZ1143490G. If we agree otherwise in writing, that agreement applies.

Services

I offer a growth scan, Growth Partner, Growth Coach and Growth Lab. What exactly you get is set out in the quote you receive from me.

Quote and start

A quote is valid for 30 days. We start working together as soon as you approve the quote in writing, email included.

Prices and ad budget

My prices exclude VAT. You pay for the growth scan once. You pay for Growth Partner and Growth Coach monthly. If you continue as Growth Partner after the growth scan, I deduct the growth scan from your first month.

Your ad budget is not included in my price. You pay it directly to the advertising platforms.

Invoicing and payment

I invoice the growth scan at the start and the monthly services at the beginning of each month. You pay an invoice within 14 days. If you don't pay on time, I may pause the work until the invoice is paid.

Duration and cancellation

Growth Partner and Growth Coach run for a minimum of 3 months. After that the collaboration continues month by month and you can cancel with 1 month notice, by email.

Your cooperation

You give me access to the ad accounts, numbers and tools I need. Those accounts remain yours. You are responsible for what you sell and for the accuracy of the claims about your products or services.

Results

I put everything into getting good results, but I can't guarantee them. Results also depend on your product, your offer, your budget and the choices of the advertising platforms. Platforms decide for themselves whether they approve an ad.

Confidentiality

What you tell me about your business and your numbers stays with me. If I want to use results as a case, I ask your permission first.

Ownership of the work

Copy, creatives and plans I make for you are yours once the related invoices have been paid. My own methods, templates and calculators remain mine.

Liability

If I am liable for damage, my liability is limited to the amount of the invoices of the last 3 months. I am not liable for decisions made by advertising platforms, such as a rejected ad or a blocked account.

Force majeure

If force majeure temporarily stops me from working, for example illness or an outage at a platform, I'll let you know as soon as possible and we'll find a solution together.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If we can't resolve something together, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
